A Direct Seller is an individual who is authorized by a Direct Selling Entity through a legally valid written agreement to carry out direct selling activities on an independent (principal-to-principal) basis.
This agreement may be in physical or digital form, including e-contracts, and is governed by the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
